I had contacted them beforehand via <a href=\"https:\/\/visitingcommunities.com\/email\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #a9a9a9;\">email<\/span><\/a>, and stayed in each for one week. During those seven days my aim was to get to know <span style=\"color: #999999;\"><a style=\"color: #999999;\" href=\"https:\/\/visitingcommunities.com\/people\/\">the people<\/a><\/span>, the ideas behind the community and \u00a0how things work in practice. Towards the end of the week I invited a couple of community members to a video interview.
